Plush in a Rush Reviews

I sent them clear pictures and even picked the colors myself, so I figured it would at least be close. Nope. The plush showed up looking nothing like what I ordered. The face shape was super weird, a bunch of the little details were missing, and the whole thing just looked kinda busted. For a custom plush, this was a lame job.

I ordered from Plush in a Rush because I figured the price meant it would be a little nicer, so I don’t think I was being unreasonable in expecting more. But when it showed up, it just felt basic to me. Once shipping and the extra costs were added in, it ended up feeling even more overpriced. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for what I spent, I don’t feel like the value was there.

I’m still waiting for my order, and the delivery has been much slower than it should be. I get that delays happen, but it feels like basic courtesy to keep customers updated when something is taking this long.

I ordered from plushinarush.com and the plush itself showed up fine, thankfully. The packaging was just kind of basic though. The box had a small dent in it and there wasn’t really much padding inside, so I was a little surprised. Compared to a few other places I’ve ordered plush from, it felt like... I don’t know, just not as carefully packed. Nothing was damaged, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but I did expect a bit more.

I was disappointed with the design selection on plushinarush.com. I thought there would be a lot more to choose from, but a lot of the options felt kind of similar and just weren’t really my style.
What made it more frustrating was getting inconsistent answers when I tried to ask about designs and customization. One response made it sound like something was possible, then another made it seem like it wasn’t. It turned what should’ve been a fun picking process into something kind of annoying.

For some reason, I expected this plush to be a lot softer than it was. It does look cute, but the fabric feels kind of scratchy and cheap, so it’s not really something I’d want to cuddle with. i was disappointed

I ordered a specific plush and was charged for it, but the one that showed up was completely different. The invoice had the correct item listed, so I’m not sure how it got mixed up. I reached out by email and then just sat there with no update for days, which was really frustrating since it was supposed to be a gift. Disappointing experience overall, and I probably won’t order from them again

I felt confused most of the time because nothing was explained clearly to me, haha. I wish they had communicated things in a simpler way.

It’s a cute plush and it feels soft enough, which I did like. But the stitching started coming loose quick, so that was not really great. I still think it’s nice to look at, just maybe not made the strongest...

It looked really cute at first, but once I had it in hand, it just felt a bit too cheap to give as a gift. Maybe fine for yourself, but I wouldn’t pick it for someone else!

Emailed twice about my order, no response at all. Super annoying when I just needed a quick update. Won’t buy here again...

I had an issue with my order and reached out for help, assuming it’d be a straightforward fix. But the replies took a while, and each response kind of felt like the same pattern of not really addressing the problem. I get that mistakes happen, and I’m not expecting everything to be perfect, but it felt like I was just going in circles. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.
